You sign off at four points, so the site never drifts away from what you asked for. Here's what happens at each step and what we need from you.

Discovery
A call about your business: what the site should do, who your best customers are, what makes you different and which towns you serve. A short questionnaire covers the details. We write it all up as a one-page brief with the scope, timeline and fixed price.

Page map and layout
A simple map of the pages and a rough layout of each, phone first, built around the one thing you most want visitors to do: call, book, order or ask for a quote.

Design preview
One design direction (two on Business and Premium) built as a real page you can open in a browser, using your colors, logo and photos. Two rounds of revisions are included.

Build and content
We build every page on a private preview link with your real words, photos, prices and hours. You get one round of content changes, then we walk through the whole site together on your phone.
Approval 4: the finished site on the preview link.

Quality check
Before launch we test loading speed on a phone, color contrast, keyboard use, form labels, tap target sizes, every link, page titles and business details markup. Then we open it on a real phone.

Launch and handoff
With your written OK and the final 50%, we connect your domain with you and switch the site on. You get a list of your accounts and logins, an edit guide, and the option of a care plan.
What we'll ask of you
One person who makes the decisions, answers within a few days at each approval, and your real photos, prices and details. Feedback goes in one numbered list, so nothing gets lost. See the full prep checklist.
What you'll always own
Your domain, your words and photos, and the site files. If you ever leave, you take all of it with you.
