You do. The domain is registered in your name and paid to the registrar by you. Your words, photos and the finished site files are yours. We keep a copy only to look after the site if you're on a care plan.

You take everything with you. We hand over the site files, move hosting into your own account if it isn't already, and give you a list of every login. There's no contract to break: care plans are month to month.

On the Growth or Pro care plan, send edit requests by email or text and we'll make them within your monthly hours (1 hour on Growth, 3 on Pro). Unused hours don't roll over. Without a plan, we quote each request before doing it.

We host sites on Cloudflare Pages, which is fast and secure, and costs nothing for most small sites. Every care plan includes looking after hosting. Without a plan, we set hosting up in an account in your name. The only running cost you always pay is your domain renewal, directly to your registrar.

Typical timelines are about 1 week for Starter, 2 weeks for Essentials, 3–4 weeks for Business and 5–7 weeks for Premium. The clock starts when you approve the brief and we have your content. Waiting on photos or answers is the most common delay. Rush delivery (+20%) moves you to the front of the queue.

We're a small studio with low overhead, and design and build work is done with the help of an AI assistant, so it goes quickly. The site is still designed for your business and checked by hand at every step. You approve every stage before we move on.
